JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITIES On May 28th, the Senate unanimously passed S-1279 (Greenstein D-14), which would establish a “Youth Detention Task Force” as one of the Association’s top legislative priorities. NJAC strongly supports this legislation and is grateful to Senator Greenstein for her leadership in introducing the measure, which would establish the Task Force to assess the current condition of youth detention in the State of New Jersey and recom
