NJAC ANNOUNCES 2010 ANNUAL CONFERENCE

TRENTON – The New Jersey Association of Counties announced today the dates for its 60th Annual Conference in Atlantic City and that registration information is now available on its website.

The NJAC Annual Conference is the largest educational and networking event on the calendar for county governments. It features dozens of certified educational seminars for elected officials and county government professionals. It also features events at which top state leaders address NJAC members, business executives and elected officials at every level on the most important issues of the day.

“The Association has already seen a strong interest in the Conference, and I encourage our members, state officials and the business community to register early,” said Celeste Carpiano, Executive Director of the organization.

“It is an indispensable educational event for elected county officials and county government professionals,” said Carpiano. “This organization works very hard to make the conference a valuable experience for all of our members and guests.”

The NJAC Conference also features a large exhibition for businesses and organizations that want to connect with county officials. Among the exhibitors every year are county governments, state agencies, non-profit groups and businesses of every type who are there to educate county officials on new technologies, practices and trends that can help them govern more effectively.
