NEW LEADERS TAKE REINS OF LEGISLATURE
Stephen Sweeney takes over as Senate President, Shelia Y. Oliver elected Assembly Speaker
State Senator Stephen Sweeney, D-3, was sworn in yesterday as President of the New Jersey State Senate and Assemblywoman Shelia Y. Oliver, D-34, was elected Speaker of the New Jersey General Assembly.
